SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

    The actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We are not accountable for delays caused by customs inspections. Since we sell live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.     For safety during transit, some plants will be cut, and soil may be removed. The images in our listings are for reference only. They may depict different seasons, growth stages, or mature plants used for landscaping inspiration. Please plant your new plants as soon as possible after receipt.

    We have no control over USPS or other carriers. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with USPS. For damaged items, USPS will need to inspect the packaging and the product—please retain all packaging and damaged items until the inspection is completed.

    During the winter months, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. While we strive to ship succulents safely in cold weather, a heat pack provides extra protection and helps keep your plants warm during transit. If you choose to ship without a heat pack, that decision is entirely yours; however, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused by low temperatures. Your plants’ safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
