-How to care for Echeveria Linda Jean / Echeveria 'Rob Roy'-
Sun/Location: Like most soft succulents, Echeveria 'Rob Roy' need bright full to partial sunlight to grow well. Part shade is needed in the afternoon and summer when the sunlight is intense. The succulent variety is not hardy enough to tolerate frost.
Soil/Pot: A loose and well-drained type of soil is the best for succulents; the cactus soil mix is ideal for beginners. Or try to make succulent soil by adding sand, perlite, and gritty in the potting soil. Selecting a planter pot with a drainage hole can prevent rot.
Watering: Succulent plants like deep water but can't tolerate staying in water for a long time. Frequent watering can be fatal for succulents, especially in summer and winter when they are dormant. The best water method is the 'soak and dry' method; when you notice the soil is completely dry, it's time to water.
