About Echeveria sp. 'Gilo'
Echeveria sp. 'Gilo' has thick, ovate-shaped with shape-pointed at the tip of leaves. When stressed, the leaves show purplish-pink on edge. It blooms slightly yellow, spike flower clusters.

How to care for Echeveria sp. 'Gilo'
Sun/Location: Like most of Echeverias, Echeveria sp. 'Gilo' thrives in a dry and full-sunlight position and likes indirect bright sunlight to maintain the color and shape form. In spring and fall, it will do best outdoors, where can get full sunlight. Shade is required in summer to avoid sunburn. In winter, protection from frost is needed.

Soil/Pot: To ensure the health of succulents, they need porous, well-draining soil to live in. To create an adequate cactus soil mix, add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.

Watering: Succulents require little watering but don't like to sit in wet soil. This means you need not water them as frequently as other houseplants. The best way of watering is the soak-and-dry method. Water thoroughly when the soil is dry.
