About Sedum treleasei
Sedum treleasei is an attractive succulent with thick, fleshy, glaucous blue-green leaves. Leaves are somewhat flattened on top, rounded below. Older leaves often take on a yellow tinge at the tips and margins. Sometomes there is a flush of pink on the tips when grown in bright sun. Flowers are yellow, star-shaped, and bloom in winter.
How to care for Sedum treleasei
Sun/Location: Full sunlight allows Sedum treleasei to grow the best and gain the richest coloration in spring and fall. In the summer, when the burning sun can burn succulents, adequate shade is essential. Although Sedum succulents can endure certain colds, they must be brought indoors during freezing days.
Soil/Pot: Like most of succulents, Sedum treleasei needs porous, well-draining soil to live in. Pick containers with drainage holes and use well-draining cactus and succulent soil with 50% to 70% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.
Watering: A thorough but infrequent watering routine will all help Sedum treleasei maintain the best. Succulents struggle throughout the summer, so try to reduce the frequency of watering to prevent leggy or rotten roots of succulents.
